Shipping policy

We can offer a host of shipping options. 

Standard shipping is the basic service. offered by the chosen carrier.

Express shipping is a faster service offered by the chosen carrier.

All shipments are trackable.   

The service is provided with a ATL (authority to leave) by you to us and the carrier.  You allow an authority to leave to be placed on the delivery .so as to avoid futile delivery, redirected and or returned delivery. 

Should this not be acceptable to you let us know and we can requote on other freight services where ATL is not included.

Should there be any dispute of delivery the chosen carrier will provide a POD

We will assist you to pursue the freight Company to resolve any issue that may arise however their decision is final.   So as to avoid loss to you we recommend that you take out insurance independently or with us to cover loss.

We can also offer same day shipping via Qantas, Virgin and Startrack. Costs for these services incur additional costs and can be quoted to you if needed.

Unfortunately we can not control delivery Companies as they each have their own routes and methods to transport cargo. If your cargo does not arrive on time we can not offer a refund or compensation for late or lost deliveries

We supply blank ready made hats, beanies and visors etc that can be shipped between 1-5 days from our warehouse.  This excludes shipping times

We also supply custom made items the production time for these are between 1 and 4 weeks.  This timeframe depends on what you are ordering, the qty etc 

Production times vary depending on the item, decoration required.

Your sales staff will let you know the expected delivery date when the order is placed.  At that time if that does not suit, we can discuss options with you

*Please note: Timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control.

 

Please allow 1-5 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be within the first 24hrs as we aim to get every order off ASAP.

!! Please note:

Postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigations, Carrier investigations & other uncontrollable factors. These timeframes are out of our control, we will try our best to ensure you receive your parcel asap. Some items are unable to be shipped Internationally due to brand restrictions in Australia.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number.     Please ensure you put in an email address with the order so that the above can happen

Please check you junk or spam email as some customers find this email is redirected to these folders.

Orders can be tracked via the ’carrier’s website

Missing parcels

 In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to 10 business days to receive an answer from the Carrier’s Investigation Team or the team from the freight Company used..

Unfortunately these Carrier timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to assist and rectify the issue ASAP.

We do not offer any warranties or offer compensation caused by delays in freight. 

It is an express condition of sale that you acknowledge this and agree not to post negative reviews and or to seek compensation or to make a claim against us.

 

Incorrect information

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your design (where applicable), invoice and shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not able to be delivered, or collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded and a new postage fee will need to be paid for by you

 Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP  and we will attempt to correct the mistake but offer no guarantees

 

 

Christmas & Sale Periods

During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly. Please know that not always, but in some instances the volume of orders we receive may increase delivery timeframes marginally. International Shipping, Taxes & Duties Outside Australia

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.
